Standard Maintenance (typically around $50/month) is for occasional updates and basic upkeep: routine website checks, a limited number of minor text or image updates, basic troubleshooting, and limited help with domain-related website issues.

Expanded Maintenance (typically up to $100/month) includes everything in Standard, plus a larger agreed allowance of minor updates, more frequent checks, and priority handling when available. It does not include unlimited edits or 24/7 support.

Yes. Every website is built with a responsive layout so it works on phones, tablets, and desktops.

Yes. I can help connect a domain you already own or plan to buy. Domain registration and renewal costs are separate unless specifically included in your agreement.

It depends on the project scope, number of pages and features, the revision process, and how quickly you supply the information and materials needed. I'll give you an estimated timeline after we confirm the details — I don't guarantee an exact date before that.

Not automatically. These may create separate costs. Whenever possible they are listed separately, and they are only included if your written agreement says so.

Maintenance is a required part of working with EddyWebsites, but if you need to end it, you can do so according to the terms of your agreement. You remain responsible for any external services you own or continue using, such as your domain or hosting.

Small changes to existing content: replacing existing text, swapping existing images, updating business hours, editing contact information, or small adjustments to existing sections.

Work outside the agreement — new pages, new features, redesigns, extensive content changes, or emergency work — is quoted separately before it begins.
