Service Terms
A plain-language summary of how projects and maintenance work. Your written agreement governs the specifics.
Website setup fee
Website design and setup is a one-time fee of $500. It covers designing and building a website customized for your business within the scope agreed in writing before work begins, including a defined review and revision process.
Monthly maintenance pricing
Monthly maintenance is a required part of every website package and is separate from the setup fee. It is normally priced between $50 and $100 per month, based on domain and hosting-related costs, website size, number and complexity of features, update frequency, content to maintain, and support needs. The final monthly price is agreed in writing before maintenance begins.
Included maintenance tasks
Depending on your agreement, maintenance may include website checks, minor content updates, image changes, basic troubleshooting, and domain-related website assistance. Your agreement lists the specific tasks, the number or type of minor updates included per month, and the expected response window.
Limits
Maintenance does not include unlimited edits, unlimited support, or 24/7 availability. Unused updates or time do not roll over unless otherwise agreed. A minor update means small changes to existing content such as replacing text or images, updating hours, or editing contact information.
External costs
Domain registration, hosting, email hosting, premium software, third-party subscriptions, stock assets, and other external services are not included unless specifically stated in writing. These costs are listed separately whenever possible.
Additional work
Major redesigns, additional pages, new features, custom functionality, extensive content changes, and emergency work are outside maintenance and are quoted separately before work begins.
Cancelling maintenance
You may cancel ongoing maintenance according to the terms of your written agreement. You remain responsible for any external services you own or continue using.
Ownership, access & accounts
Ownership of the website, domain, and related accounts, as well as who holds access and account responsibilities, should be confirmed in writing as part of each client agreement.
Payments
This website does not process payments. Payment terms are set out in your written agreement.
