- How often you need updates
- Amount of content, images, or service info to maintain
- Troubleshooting and support requirements
- Any other agreed-upon responsibilities
The final monthly price is agreed after reviewing your needs, before maintenance begins.

What counts as a minor update
Replacing existing text, changing existing images, updating business hours, editing contact information, or small adjustments to existing sections. Each agreement lists the number or type of updates included per month and the expected response window.
Separate unless included in writing
- Major redesigns and additional pages
- New features or custom functionality
- Extensive content changes or emergency work
- Domain registration, hosting, and email hosting
- Premium software, third-party subscriptions, and stock assets
Unused updates or time do not roll over unless agreed. No plan includes unlimited edits, unlimited support, or 24/7 availability.
